This form is for the purpose of a singular payment for example: Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), custom upfront payment, final course fee instalment, extension fee, etc.

Payment terms and conditions:

There is no refund for any payment once it is made.
Students can withdraw at any time without making further payment.
A certificate will not be issued until all payments are made and the Course has been paid for in full.
Missing two (2) consecutive payments may result in your enrolment being terminated.
