Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)What Is the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CERT IV AND THE DIPLOMA?
Generally speaking, the Certificate IV course is intended to equip you to serve in a Christian Ministry setting and the Diploma course is intended to equip you to lead in a Christian Ministry setting.
The Diploma requires a higher level of rigor with some assessment tasks requiring the production of research essays. The Certificate IV is open to anyone with a sound level of English ability. The Diploma is only open to those with either existing ministry experience or experience with previous academic study. You can complete the Certificate IV and then move into the Diploma. The courses contain some of the same units and partial credit can be applied between the two qualifications.
