Course Entry Requirements
In order for you to complete the Certificate IV or Diploma course, you need to have a sound level of ability in written and spoken English. This is includes the communication skills required to:

When you enrol, we will ask that you provide us with a written testimonial (approx 300 words) telling us about yourself and why you would like to complete the program or course. You will be required to upload this testimonial in a Word document format when you complete the enrolment form.
Please keep in mind that the purpose of this is purely to show that you have the basic skills and equipment required to complete the program or course. It is not a test of your past, your beliefs or you as a person.
- have a conversation with your trainer
- read course materials
- write short and long answers to questions
- write journal entries and essays
- deliver a verbal presentation

DIPLOMA APPLICANTS: The Diploma of Christian Ministry & Theology is a rigorous course. To gain entry you need to have either previous experience doing research essay style assignments (e.g. completion of Bible studies or other higher education study) OR held a paid or volunteer ministry position in a local Church or Christian ministry organisation. Please provide details of your previous study or ministry positions in your testimony.
Technology Requirements
In order to successfully complete our programs and courses (either online or classes), you will need to have the following equipment and skills:
- Access to a computer with the following installed:
- An operating system (e.g. Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS)
- Mircosoft Office or Openoffice
- Internet browser (recommended: Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari)
- Internet Access
- Basic computer knowledge including:
- How to turn a computer on and off
- Using a mouse, keyboard and/or touch pad
- Ability to browse the internet
- Ability to upload and download files
- Basic Word document skills (including creating, typing in, and saving documents)
- Ability to email documents as attachments
- Access to a recording device (most mobile phones have camera recording)
If you do not already have access to the above technology then you may find that it may be available through your local library.
