UNET is a not-for-profit organisation which is required to have a membership base.

I apply for membership/continuing membership of Universal Education and Training Ltd. In applying I confirm that:

I will pay a yearly Membership Subscription Fee, which at the date of this Application is an amount of $10.
I undertake, if accepted as a member, to contribute to the assets of Universal Education and Training Ltd. if it is wound up while I am a Member (or within 1 year afterwards) as may be required by Universal Education and Training Ltd to a maximum total of $10.
